REMINDER

REMINDER, please plan on coming to the Trek Fireside presented by Elder Steven E. Snow Fireside, this Weds., April 17th, 7 p.m. at the Stake Center.

Also, if you haven't turned in a permission/release form to the Stake Youth Leaders, please bring a completed and signed form to the Fireside and give it to one of the Stake Youth Leaders. If you need a permission/release form, click on "Release and Registration Form" on the right side of this page.

ALL PERSONS (YOUTH OR ADULT LEADERS) GOING ON TREK NEED A PERMISSION/RELEASE FORM FILLED OUT AND TURNED IN TO THE STAKE YOUTH LEADERS. We only have permission/release forms for 35 youth, and we know that alot more than that are planning on coming. PLEASE TURN IN YOU FORMS AS SOON AS YOU CAN.
